Yield: 4 sandwiches
soft French rolls
c. yellow mustard
slices (about 1 oz.) Swiss cheese
slices Canadian bacon
slices (about 1 oz. each) provolone cheese
bread and butter pickle slices
teaspoons butter, melted
Spilt rolls. Spread cut sides of roll with mustard. Layer and divide Swiss cheese, Canadian bacon, provolone cheese, ham and pickle slices among roll halves. Heat sandwich press. Brush top and bottom of sandwich lightly with butter; grill about 4 minutes or until bread is crispy and cheese begins to melt.
*You can also grill in nonstick skillet over medium-high heat 2 to 3 minutes per side, pressing down on bread with spatula while cooking.
