Happy Beer Cheese Spread

    Ingredients

  • 8 ounces sharp Cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1.4 c. beer
  • 2 tablespoons melted butter
  • 1/2 tsp. Dijon mustard
  • Dash cayenne pepper
  • 1 tbsp. fresh chives, chopped
  • 2 teaspoons Pimiento, chopped

    Directions

  • Combine cheese, beer, butter, mustard, and cayenne in a bowl and mix until incorporated. Stir in chives and pimiento. Serve with assorted crackers, apple and pear slices.
