Chicken Broccoli Casserole

  • 1 pkg. frozen broccoli
  • 4 chicken breasts, cooked and chopped
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 c. mayonnaise
  • 1/4 c. Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1 tbsp. lemon juice
  • 2 cups Cheddar cheese, grated
  • 1 c. dried breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 tbsp. butter, melted


  • Preheat oven to 325 degrees F. Place frozen broccoli in the bottom of a 9x13 inch baking dish and top broccoli with chopped chicken. In a medium bowl, mix together chicken soup, mayonnaise, Parmesan cheese, and lemon juice. Spread mixture over chicken and sprinkle cheddar cheese and breadcrumbs on top. Drizzle melted butter over top of breadcrumbs, cover and bake for 45 minutes.
